Return & Exchange Policy

At GET GLAMOUR, every product is handmade with care. Because of the nature of handcrafted products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

If the product is found used, damaged, or altered, the exchange request will be rejected.


How to Request an Exchange

Once your exchange request is reviewed and accepted, we will share instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send any product without prior confirmation.
Packages sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Used or worn products


Refunds

We do not provide refunds.
Exchanges are the only resolution offered, provided all conditions are met.
